About
Farah Camille
Farah Camille is a singer-songwriter whose music blends heartfelt storytelling with captivating melodies, rooted in authenticity and lived experience. She first picked up the guitar at just nine years old, taught by her father, and quickly found music to be both a creative outlet and a lifelong calling.
Her recording journey began in 2020 with her debut single “Over Now,” a dance-influenced track that marked her first step into releasing original music. As her artistry evolved, Farah transitioned into a more acoustic, singer-songwriter sound, performing with live bands and leaning into raw, emotional storytelling. This shift was showcased in “Comes Back to Me,” recorded at SOS Studios, where her intimate writing style began to take center stage.
While studying at the University of South Carolina, Farah continued to create independently, recording “Shadows and Illusions” entirely from her dorm room — a testament to her self-driven approach and dedication to her craft. She later recorded her first song in Nashville, “Time,” further solidifying her connection to the heart of songwriting culture. Her most recent release, “Something Right,” recorded at SOS Studios, reflects her continued growth as both a writer and performer.
A seasoned live musician, Farah has played over 70 gigs across the country, including notable venues such as Hard Rock Cafe Washington, D.C., the historic Patsy Cline House, and countless wineries and breweries. Known for her ability to captivate a crowd, she regularly performs three-hour sets, seamlessly blending her own original songs with carefully chosen covers.
In 2025, Farah took her music overseas, moving to Sydney, Australia, where she landed her first international gig at Jolene’s — a world-famous country bar known as a staple for artists and country music lovers alike. This milestone marked a new chapter in her journey, proving her ability to connect with audiences across borders.
Farah Camille writes all of her music herself, drawing from personal experiences, emotion, and storytelling to create songs that resonate deeply with listeners. Moving forward, she plans to continue building her career, performing globally, and touching hearts through honest music that feels both timeless and deeply personal.
